A different natural supplement is shown on your screen every 2 seconds. You can set your own list of supplements that will be randomly displayed. Each natural supplement is displayed as text in the very middle of your screen. The text color blends into the background color so well that you can't quite read any individual letters. Although your conscious mind can't quickly decipher an almost “invisible” word in just 2 seconds, your subconscious mind can easily decipher the word shown.

So all you have to do is keep looking at the center of the screen and hold an intention for your body to involuntary twitch whenever it sees a substance that it wants. Usually you hold an expectation for your body to twitch any finger. That means you’ll need to keep one hand in a relaxed position allowing your hand to be perfectly poised to twitch any finger easily. Your other hand needs to be ready to immediately click in the center of your screen whenever a twitch occurs.
