Terms of Service

Who we are

This website, keyofkeys.com, is operated by the World Psychic Organization (“we”, “us”), ABN 97 092 569 938, PO Box 957 Samford QLD 4520, Australia. The books and audiobooks sold on this site are the work of Zachary Ziamus and are published by the World Psychic Organization. By purchasing or using anything on this site, you agree to these terms.

What you’re buying

Every product on this site is a digital, cloud-only product. Books and audiobooks are streamed through our website and partner hosts. Nothing is downloadable, and no physical goods ship. Your access is tied to the email address or phone number you use at checkout.

Delivery

Orders are processed manually. You will usually receive access within 24 hours of payment. If 48 hours pass and you still can’t reach your books, contact support and we’ll sort it out.

Price and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Your card is charged manually after we verify the order. Card details are never stored in a database — they are kept in a local file on our business computer only for as long as it takes to process the order.

Refunds

Because every product is delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are final. If something is genuinely wrong — a broken audio file, a missing book, a double charge — contact us and we’ll make it right. If you simply changed your mind, we can’t refund.

Your access

Your bookshelf is personal. Please don’t share your login details, your access cookie, or the URLs of the reading pages with anyone else. Accounts found to be sharing access may have their access revoked without a refund.

Updates

Several of our books are updated by the author on a regular cadence. As an owner, you automatically get every update for the lifetime of the book at no extra cost. We may occasionally rework or replace a book entirely; your access carries across.

Intellectual property

All text, audio, images, diagrams, and software on this site are copyright © World Psychic Organization and Zachary Ziamus. You may read and listen for your own personal use. You may not republish, redistribute, translate, record, transcribe, or resell any part of the material.

No guarantees

Our books discuss mysticism, numerology, astrology, color, psychic development, and related topics. They are offered for education, inspiration and personal practice. We make no claim that reading them will produce any specific result, psychic ability, financial outcome, or medical benefit. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

External links

Some reading pages open ebooks hosted on ziamus.com. That is a secondary site operated by us. We’re not responsible for any other third-party site we may link to.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you place an order we collect: your name, email address, phone number (including international code), billing country, card details, and the items in your cart. We use whatever you give us — nothing more.

Why we collect it

  • Name, email, phone — so we can send you access details and so you can later sign in at /account to reach your bookshelf.
  • Country — required by our payment processor for card verification.
  • Card details — to process your payment. Stored locally on our business computer only for the time it takes to run the charge, then kept offline in the normal course of accounting.

Where your data lives

A reduced record of your order (no card details) is stored in a file on our server called database.csv so the /account page can look up your purchases by email or phone. Full order records, including card details, live in a folder on our business computer that is not accessible from the web.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, all strictly functional:

  • Cart — remembers what you’ve added, so your cart is still there after you refresh.
  • Customer access — after you sign in at /account, a signed cookie records which books you own so the reading pages will open for you. Valid for 30 days, unreadable to JavaScript, unsharable.
  • Admin session — only set when our staff sign into the back office.

We do not use advertising, tracking, analytics, or social-media pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no third-party tag manager.

Who we share it with

No one. We don’t sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone. Your card is processed through our payment gateway; aside from that necessary step, your data stays with us.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept indefinitely, because you may want to reach your bookshelf years from now. Card details are deleted from the author’s working folder after the charge clears. If you want your data removed, contact us (see below).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what we hold about you;
  • Correct anything that’s wrong;
  • Delete your record (note that this will end access to any books you own).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Cookies that carry access or authentication are marked HttpOnly and Secure. Card details are never committed to a database or a cloud store. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will contact you at the email you provided within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is intended for adult readers. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
